Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have a retail showroom located in sunny Pompano Beach, Florida. You are welcome to come in and browse through our selection of Helms Chairs, Captains Chairs, Swivel Chairs, Recliners, L Sectionals, Sofa Sleepers, Magic Beds, Easy Beds and Jackknife Beds.

Is the furniture in stock?Yes, we have limited stock on some items, but because of the many possible color and option combinations most pieces are ordered specifically to meet your needs. We occasionally have floor models or special purchase items available for sale on a cash and carry basis.

Can you match the fabric I have on my current chair or sofa?In many cases we can, if your vehicle is relatively new and if Flexsteel still has stock on the fabric.

Are there other fabric options?If you are unable to find a fabric or color to suit your application from our RV fabric collection, you have access to many of the Flexsteel Home Line fabrics. You have the option to supply your own fabric, subject to Flexsteel's approval.

Can I purchase yard goods to match my new furniture?Yes, you can purchase any quantity of yard goods you may need. Most fabrics are 54 1/2" wide and the price is determined by the fabric grade.

Do you reupholster furniture or do upholstery work?No, occasionally we will do mild upholstery modifications on new furniture we sell and install. However we can supply you with fabric or Ultraleather for your upholstery project.

Will I have to pay Sales Tax?Only If you live in Florida or take delivery of your furniture in Florida, you will pay 6% Florida Sales Tax.

How can I tell if my current furniture is Flexsteel?Underneath most pieces of Flexsteel RV and Marine furniture there is a build ticket that gives the model, date of manufacture and fabric used. If the built ticket has become detached you can call us with the make, model and year and we will attempt to determine if you vehicle or boat was originally equipped with Flexsteel furniture.

How do I know which pieces will work in my salon?  That's why we are here, first measure the space then give us a call and we can direct you to the pieces that will work for your application.

How long does it take to get my furniture?  Although lead-time can vary due to production volume, it generally takes 3- 4 weeks to receive your order.

Will my new chairs fit on existing bases?  In most cases they will, in some cases you will have to replace the bases. We will advise you prior to any order.

Can you install my furniture?  Yes, for an additional charge, we offer quality standard and custom installations on everything we sell.

Can I install the furniture myself?  Yes, most installations are relatively basic and if you have some mechanical ability and an extra set of hands to help you maneuver your furniture into place it should be no problem. Because of safety concerns we don't want to recommend generic installation instructions. Just call us and we'll give you specific instructions for your needs.

How do I get the furniture in my coach or yacht?Most furniture will fit through standard doors and hatch openings with careful maneuvering; some will require partial disassembly as our furniture is designed for these applications.

Will the freight company deliver to my door?The freight company will deliver curbside to your home, but will not assist you moving it into your coach or yacht. You can reduce your freight costs by having it delivered to a business rather then your home.

What if my Furniture arrives damaged?Although all furniture is thoroughly inspected before leaving, occasionally damage will occur during shipment; therefore, it is important for you to inspect the carton and contents at delivery. If any damage has been found, notify the driver immediately and have him note the damage and any carton damage on the bill of lading before accepting or refusing delivery. Call us immediately (preferably while the driver is there) so that we can expedite repair or replacement.

We are just minutes from the beaches, fishing piers, restaurants, one of the country's largest outlet malls, boat tours and water taxis, everglades airboat tours, museums, and many many other area attractions. There are also numerous hotels, RV parks and marinas for those who would like to stay a little longer.
