History Glastop Inc. set the foundation of our RV Furniture business in 1972 while experimenting with various manufacturers and styles of captain’s chairs and sofas to use in the construction of our RV’S and van conversions. At that time we were in the RV manufacturing, RV interior design and custom conversions industry. After two years of trial and error we finally found with Flexsteel RV Seating Products that perfect mix of quality, style, and comfort. We had solved our seating problems and gained a new focus exclusively in RV Furniture sales.
Glastop Marine Furniture emerged in 1982 from our RV Furniture and RV Custom Interior design business. The demand to refit and refurnish yacht interiors was increasing and we were well equipped to refocus our design, fabrication and furniture expertise to the rapidly developing need for Custom Yacht Furniture and aftermarket Marine Furniture.
